Focus

• Patrick advises German and international companies from the technology and financial sectors on the development and expansion of their business models in all matters of IT law and as an external data protection officer. With his experience as a pragmatic in-house lawyer who has played a leading role in setting up legal departments and data protection organisations in various fintechs at the interface of regulation and speed, Patrick has a deep understanding of internal processes and the requirements of the various stakeholders in modern work organisations.
